very sweet to have a dress that matches her tongue. :)
*she* is excited, or *you* are excited--i mean, does SHE put on the dress all three times, or does some other excited person help her????
Someone helps her, but you should see her when she puts it on. She gets very still until its on...then she throws herself into a full on prance with her tail curled perfectly around the hem of the dress.
